How many days prior should we arrive to Mexico before we get married? |
All
the documents must be presented 2 business days prior to the wedding day. If you
wish to be married on a Monday your paperwork must be presented the Thursday prior
and therefore you should arrive the Wednesday prior. Your Wedding Consultant will
inform once your wedding date has been confirmed. |

If I get married in Mexico will it be Legal in the United States? |
If you have completed with all the requirements in Mexico and the
ceremony is performed by a judge.

What documents do I need to get married in Mexico? |

If I don´t have a passport can I just use my birth certificate? |
Only if the Birth certificate has a Apostille.

is an Apostille. |
An apostille is an authentication that
the document is valid and may be accepted in another country. The apostille is
provided by the Secretary of State Department in the United States. |

What are the blood test exams? |
HIV, RPR, Blood type group and RH group.
|

What if I am positive for one of the blood tests? |
If you have a positive HIV or RPR you will not be able to be married
legally in Mexico.

Can I have the blood analysis done in my country? |
If you have the blood analysis done within 14 days prior to the
wedding day and then they must be translated by a Mexican Doctor prior to the
wedding.

Is it safe to get the blood tests done in Mexico? |
Yes, very safe. Our laboratory is certified,
highly professional and bilingual. They abide to the US standards and will actually
go to you hotel to take the samples and in front of you open the equipment that
will be used. The results are then given directly to the wedding coordinator.

Do we need to make an appointment in order to get the blood tests done? |
Your wedding consultant will make the appointment for the same
time as your pre-wedding meeting and will only take 5 minutes.

If I have a Religious wedding will that be legal? |
No, In Mexico only a legal Judge of the government is recognized as legal to marry.

Can I have a Catholic ceremony on the Beach? |
|
No, the Catholic Religion only allows marriages to be performed in a Church as it is considered a sacrament. |
